      Where is the CARWIZ desk at Belgrade Airport?

      Our branded office is in the official car rental zone, right next to the main building of Nikola Tesla Airport (Terminal 2). You don't have to look for an agent in the car park: we are waiting for you in an air-conditioned office.

      How much is the deposit when renting a car?

      The deposit is reserved on your payment card when you pick up the car. With the additional SCDW insurance, the deposit for economy cars (such as the Fiat 500) is EUR 210.

      Which documents do I need to pick up the car?

      You need a valid driving licence (held for at least 2 years), a passport or ID card, and a payment card in the driver's name for the deposit.

      Can I drive the rental car outside Serbia?

      Yes, with prior notice. At the office we issue the green card and all the documents needed to cross the border.
